The only way you can get a SIM card from Speedtalk is by purchasing a plan from us. Once you have purchased a plan, we will ship you a SIM card with activation instructions. You can then activate it with a new number (activation instructions provided on the SIM card kit), and the new number will be assigned to that SIM card (the plan cycle will start from the time you first activate it).

Yes, you can cancel at any time. SpeedTalk Mobile is a subscription-based service that puts your plan's control in your hands. You will be able to cancel at any time by submitting a disconnect request to our support team online.

You can use as much data as you need. If you exceeded your data plan, 1GB of data will be added at the same basic rate to cover for overages. Overages/Additional Data Add-on purchased will be available to use during the current plan cycle, and unused data from the Data Add-on will not rollover to next month. If you choose not to enable "Overages Auto Refill" and you run out of data before your plan cycle ends, data service will be suspended for the remainder of the plan cycle.

APN (Access Point Name) is what your device reads from the SIM card to establish a cellular data connection. You can find your SIM card APN info when you log in online to your SpeedTalk account, or you can refer to the activation confirmation email we first sent when you activated your SIM card.
